My little boy is growing up

To borrow a line from Rodney Atkins' song, "My little boy is growing up." He just los his first tooth. It sure seems like six years has gone by in the blink of an eye. Of course a lot has happened in that six years. His father and I were married, had him, had a daughter, then divorced I hope the next six years go much smoother:)

This is CC short for Carrie Carter, my grandmother's name. She is my little shadow. When she is home, she is right behind me. She loves to vacuum and dust. And she is beyond BOSSY!

A little about my babies: This is Brooks. He is six years old and in kindergarten. He can be a very sweet little boy, but he has his mother's temper:)

We're baaaaaaack!

We have just returned from a week-long trip to Panama to see my family, especially my grandmother. It was a great trip, but I'm very glad to be HOME:)

To Blog or not to blog:)

I've been reading my other friends blogs, and their blogs have led me to other blogs. So, I decided it was times I began my own. Hopefully, this will be something I can keep up with better than a journal! I have had a hard time in the past keeping up with a journal, but I definitely feel a need to put my thoughts down. Hope this works!
